Our tutors are familiar with all the major examination boards for English qualifications, have significant experience with preparing students for 11+ and other entrance exams, and have worked in state and independent schools for many years, and are now committed to sharing their expertise with you!
English Masterclasses: GSCE Preparation
With highly cost-effective tutorials, we can accelerate your grades without making learning dull. Our online GSCE tutoring is geared towards supporting students in their revision and in preparing for their exams. Whether on a 1:1 basis or as part of a group, we can provide long-term support on a weekly or a fortnightly arrangement. By targeting your child’s knowledge and confidence in taking and preparing for exams, we give them the tools they need to take their grades above and beyond their expectations.
English Literature: Tackling Tricky Texts
We run weekly English Literature masterclasses in small groups–never more than 20 students. This guarantees the best level of individual support while also providing an environment conducive to group discussion and feedback. We can cover topics including:
- Shakespeare
- The 19th Century novel
- Poetry (unseen and comparison)
- Analysis of form, structure & language
English Language: Essential Knowledge
Our online English tutors, each backed by at least five years of teaching experience, understand that everyone has unique strengths and weaknesses. Our GSCE English Language sessions provide support on an equally wide range of topics, such as:
